Russia's ProBusinessBank makes $125.43 million early repurchase of two notes series

New York, Jan. 8 - JSCB ProBusinessBank announced the early buyback of $115.8 million of its $2.84 billion of notes ISIN XS0309569159, which is due Sept. 7, 2010, as well as $9.63 million of its $78.7 million of notes ISIN XS0383277554, due Aug. 18, 2010.

Both series of notes were issued through PBB LPN Issuance Ltd.

ProBusinessBank is a Moscow-based lender.
