Argentina's ProBenefit to offer $6 million floating-rate notes

Pittsburgh, July 18 - ProBenefit SA will issue up to $6 million of seven-year series I notes under its $10 million global notes program, according to a company news release.

Interest will be Libor plus 300 basis points.

The proceeds will be used to refinance debt and for working capital.

The notes have been rated A+ by Evaluadora Latinoamericana SA.

ProBenefit is a Sunchales, Argentina, head of a group of companies with interest in insurance and private pensions.
