Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 21 - Probe Resources Ltd. said it has completed a C$2.1 million non-brokered private placement of units.
The company sold 4.2 million units at C$0.50 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one warrant. Each warrant is exercisable at C$0.60 for one year.
The company paid a C$52,500 cash finder's fee and issued 98,350 units for this deal.
Proceeds will be used for acquisitions and general working capital.
Probe is a Vancouver, B.C.-based mineral exploration, acquisition and development company.
