Private Export Funding to price $150 million five-year notes

New York, Sept. 12 - Private Export Funding Corp. announced it will price $150 million of five-year notes on Wednesday, a source away from the deal said.
The notes (Aaa/AA+/) are being sold via bookrunner U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc.
The company assists with financing U.S. exports through private capital and is based in New York City.
