Private Export Funding selling $300 million 10-year notes Wednesday talked in 45 bps area

New York, Oct. 10 - Private Export Funding Corp. is set to price $300 million of 10-year notes on Wednesday, a market source said.

The notes (Aaa/AA+/) are being talked in the 45 basis points over Treasuries area.

Bookrunners are HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.

The notes are guaranteed by the Export-Import Bank of the United States.

The company assists with financing U.S. exports through private capital and is based in New York City.
