Private Export Funding makes plans to sell 12-year notes on Tuesday

New York, Nov. 16 - Private Export Funding Corp. is planning to sell 12-year notes, a market source said on Monday.

The notes (Aaa/AA+) are expected to price on Tuesday, the source said.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. are the bookrunners.

The company assists with financing U.S. exports through private capital and is based in New York City.
