Fitch puts Pefco on negative watch
Fitch Ratings said it placed Private Export Funding Corp. (Pefco)'s AAA long-term issuer default rating and F1+ short-term IDR on rating watch negative.
The rating action follows Fitch's placement of the United States of America's AAA long-term foreign and local currency IDRs and F1+ short-term foreign and local currency IDRs on rating watch negative on May 24.
