Moody's: Privatbank to stable

Moody's Investors Service said it changed the outlook on Privatbank to stable from negative.

Privatbank has a Ba3 local currency long-term deposit rating, the agency said.

The change of the outlook demonstrates the stabilization of its credit profile, reflecting the gradual recovery of the Ukrainian economy, the bank's entrenched position as the largest bank in Ukraine by total assets and individual deposits and stabilization of the bank's asset quality indicators in 2010, Moody's said.

Privatbank's local currency deposit rating incorporates the probability of systemic support from the Ukrainian government, the agency said.
