Ukraine's Privat Bank revives plans to issue dollar notes due 2015

Atlanta, Sept. 16 - Ukraine's Privat Bank has resumed plans for a benchmark-sized dollar-denominated offering of notes due 2015, a market source said Thursday.

The company has hired HSBC and UBS to manage the deal. The original notes, announced in May, were postponed due to market conditions.

Privat Bank is a commercial bank based in Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine.
