Ukraine's Privat Bank postpones offering of five-year dollar notes

Atlanta, May 6 - Ukraine's Privat Bank has postponed its planned sale of five-year dollar-denominated notes, according to a market source.

The company was planning to sell $500 million of notes but will delay the issuance due to current market conditions.

Privat Bank is a commercial bank based in Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine.
