Fitch rates Privatbank note B

Fitch Ratings said it assigned a final B long-term rating with a recovery rating of RR4 to UK SPV Credit Finance plc's $500 million 8% notes due 2012, the proceeds of which will be used for the sole purpose of financing a loan from to CJSC Privatbank.

The bank has a B issuer default rating, B short-term rating, D individual rating, 4 support rating and positive outlook.

Privatbank unconditionally and irrevocably guarantees the payment of principal and interest under the notes.
