O'Sullivan buys shares of Primus Telecommunications

Charlotte, N.C., July 28 - Primus Telecommunications Group, Inc. investor Sean O'Sullivan purchased a total of 900,000 shares of the company's stock on July 14 and July 15 for a total of $252,000, or $0.28 per share.

According to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, O'Sullivan beneficially owns 14,035,000 shares, or 9.8%, of the McLean, Va.-based integrated communications services company's outstanding stock.

O'Sullivan, in a prior SEC filing, reported a 9.2% ownership interest following the sale of 807,348 shares of the company's stock from June 3 through June 11 for a total of $339,086, or $0.42 per share.
