Prime Urban schedules meeting to weigh issuing convertible debentures

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 4 - Prime Urban Development India Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will consider plans to issue convertible debentures at a board of directors meeting on Sept. 10.

The realty and textiles company is based in Mumbai, India.
