S&P affirms Prime Property

Standard & Poor's said it affirmed Prime Property Fund LLC's and PPF Funding Inc.'s A- corporate credit and senior debt issue ratings.

The outlook is stable.

The ratings reflect the fund's well-diversified portfolio of high-quality commercial real-estate assets and influx of new capital from new and existing investors, the agency said.
