India's Prime Focus board of directors mulls issue of convertibles

Kansas City, Kan., Sept. 26 - Prime Focus Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that at a meeting on Saturday the board of directors will consider issuing foreign-currency convertible bonds as a means of raising funds.

The company will also consider issuing equity shares or other securities.

Prime Focus offers creative and technical services to the film, broadcast, advertising and media industries. The company is based in Mumbai.
