Los Angeles, Dec. 2 – Pricoa Global Funding I priced $300 million of 1.15% three-year notes on Wednesday with a spread of Treasuries plus 33 basis points, according to a market source.
The deal was talked with a spread in the Treasuries plus 50 bps area.
Barclays, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are bookrunners.
Pricoa Global Funding I is a financing arm of Newark, N.J.-based Prudential Insurance Co. of America, Inc.
