New York, Oct. 11 - Pricoa Global Funding priced $500 million in notes at Treasuries plus 105 basis points, said a source familiar with the offering Thursday.
The 5.4% notes were priced at 99.801and are due Oct. 18, 2009. The notes will settle on Oct. 18, the source noted.
Banc of America Securities, Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank are the bookrunners for the offering.
The notes are being sold under Rule 144A.
Pricoa Global Funding is a financing vehicle for Newark, N.J.-based financial services provider Prudential Insurance Co. of America
