Malaysia's Priceworth redeems CP, MTNs under RM 160 million program

Chicago, April 13 - Priceworth Wood Products Bhd. said it redeemed all the commercial paper and medium-term notes issued under its RM 160 million program on April 10.

On Feb. 17, 2005, the company said it planned to issue up to RM 160 million of new paper under the program. Priceworth said it would sell up to RM 40 million of commercial paper with tenors of between one and 12 months. The medium-term notes were to have tenors of one to seven years.

The issuer is a Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, manufacturer and seller of wood products.
