Jonathan Gallen decreases stake in PRG-Schultz International to 5%

Philadelphia, Oct. 27 - Jonathan Gallen decreased its holding in PRG-Schultz International, Inc. to 5% as of Oct. 23, according to an SC 13G/A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

In the filing, Schultze reported an ownership of 1,092,900 shares.

Jonathan Gallen previously reported a passive stake of 10.2%, or an investment of 2.2 million shares, on Jan. 9, 2008, according to an earlier SC 13G/A filing.

That stake was an increase in the holding that it reported as of Dec. 31, 2007, which was 2.1 million shares, or a 9.8% passive stake, according to an SC 13G/A filing.

The investor first declared holdings of 5.3%, or 1.15 million shares, on Nov. 14, 2007.

PRG-Schultz International is an Atlanta-based company involved in recovery auditing and profit improvement.
