Pressure BioSciences files $15 million shelf for stock, preferreds

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 14 - Pressure BioSciences, Inc. filed a $15 million shelf registration in an S-3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The registration covers common stock, series A junior participating preferred stock purchase rights, preferred stock, warrants and units.

The preferreds may be structured as convertibles.

Proceeds will be used to support the commercialization of company products, for research and development, for general working capital or for other purposes that the board of directors deems to be in the company's best interest.

Based in West Bridgewater, Mass., Pressure BioSciences is an early stage company focused on the development of pressure cycling technology for multiple applications in the life sciences field.
