New Issue: Asian Dragon pockets $2.44 million in private placements of shares

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 30 - Asian Dragon Group Inc. announced it has raised $2.44 million from two private placements of stock, according to an 8-K filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 600,000 common shares at $2.1581 apiece for $1.29 million on Aug. 31. In a separate deal, which settled on June 15, Asian Dragon also sold 500,000 shares of restricted stock to two of its directors at $2.30 apiece for $1.15 million.
Asian Dragon, located in Luoyang, China, is a gold exploration company.
