Asian Development Bank offers dollar three- and 10-year notes

New York, Jan. 15 – Asian Development Bank is planning to price U.S. dollar-denominated notes in two tranches maturing Jan. 24, 2023 and Jan. 24, 2030, according to a regulatory filing.

The banks acting as managers of the transaction are J.P. Morgan Securities plc, Barclays, Nomura and RBC Capital.

The notes are expected to be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

The development bank is based in Manila.
