Asian Development Bank pricing U.S. dollar 10-year notes at 99.317

New York, Oct. 22 – Asian Development Bank is pricing a U.S. dollar-denominated benchmark of 10-year notes that was being offered at 99.317, according to a regulatory notice on Tuesday.

The banks acting as managers of the transaction are Toronto-Dominion Bank, Deutsche Bank AG, London branch, Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc and Nomura International plc.

The development bank is based in Manila.
