Asian Development Bank guides five-year dollar-denominated notes at mid-swaps plus 13 bps area

New York, Sept. 6 – Pricing of Asian Development Bank’s five-year dollar-denominated notes was guided in the mid-swaps plus 13 basis points area and was expected to price later Wednesday, according to a syndicate source.

The order book for allocations was recently $6.2 billion for the benchmark offering, which is being sold via lead bookrunners BofA Merrill Lynch, BNP Paribas, Mizuho and TD Securities.

Based in Manila, the Philippines, ADB provides financing for projects aimed at reducing poverty in Asia and the Pacific.
