New Issue: Asian Development Bank prices C$500 million of 1.375% five-year medium-term notes

Tupelo, Miss., June 11 – The Asian Development Bank sold C$500 million of 1.375% global senior medium-term notes at 99.755, according to a pricing supplement.

The series 817-00-1 notes are due June 11, 2020.

HSBC Bank plc, Toronto-Dominion Bank, Bank of Montreal, London Branch and CIBC World Markets plc were the bookrunners.

Asian Development Bank is a bank based in Mandaluyong City, Philippines that promotes regional economic and social development.
