New Issue: Asian Development Bank prices €1.5 billion 3/8% three-year notes

Atlanta, March 26 - Philippines-based Asian Development Bank printed €1.5 billion 3/8% three-year notes at 99.86 to yield Bunds plus 16.9 basis points, according to a company announcement.
BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs International and HSBC led the deal.
The proceeds will be used for general governmental purposes and non-concessional operations.
The issuer is a Manila-based regional development bank.
