New Issue: ADB sells A$600 million of 6¼% 10-year bonds priced at 99.414

Chicago, March 5 - Asian Development Bank said it issued A$600 million of 6¼% bonds due March 5, 2020 at 99.414 on Friday.

The lead managers and dealers are Royal Bank of Canada and UBS AG, Australia Branch.

Asian Development Bank is a Manila-based multilateral development finance institution. It said that proceeds will be used for capital resources.
