New Issue: Asian Development prices C$1.25 billion 4.05% notes due 2027 at 99.964

Buffalo, N.Y., April 17 – Asian Development Bank priced C$1.25 billion of 4.05% notes due 2027 at 99.964, according to a pricing supplement filed under Rule 3 of Regulation AD with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Bank of Montreal, London Branch, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, London Branch, RBC Dominion Securities Inc. and Toronto-Dominion Bank are the managers for the syndicated offering.
The three-year notes will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
The issuer is a Manila-based development bank.
