New Issue: Asian Development Bank sells $300 million 4.95% notes due 2029

Los Angeles, April 10 – Asian Development Bank priced $300 million of 4.95% five-year callable notes at par, according to a pricing supplement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are callable in whole at par annually beginning April 12, 2026.

Wells Fargo Securities LLC is the dealer for the non-syndicated offering.

The issuer is a Manila-based development bank.
