New Issue: Asian Development Bank prices EGP 1 billion of 17˝% one-year notes

Los Angeles, April 9 – Asian Development Bank priced EGP 1 billion of 17˝% notes due April 16, 2025 at par on Tuesday, according to a filing under Rule 3 of Regulation AD with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are being issued under the bank’s global medium-term note program.

Amounts payable under the notes will be in U.S. dollars.

J.P. Morgan Securities plc is the dealer for the non-syndicated offering.

The notes will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

The issuer is a Manila-based development bank.
