Lexington, Ky., March 22 – Asian Development Bank priced PLN 100 million of 5 1/8% notes due 2029 at 99.591 on Friday, according to a filing under Rule 3 of Regulation AD with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are being issued under the bank’s global medium-term note program.
Merrill Lynch International is the dealer.
The notes will be listed in Luxembourg.
The issuer is a Manila-based development bank.
