Chicago, March 15 – Asian Development Bank priced €1 billion of 2.8% notes due in 2027 on Friday, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., J.P. Morgan Securities plc, Merrill Lynch International and Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc led the sale as joint lead managers.
The notes are being issued under the bank’s global medium-term note program.
The notes will be listed in Luxembourg.
The issuer is a Manila-based development bank.
