Columbus, Ohio, March 6 – Asian Development Bank priced TRY 2 billion of 0% deep discount notes due 2027 at 43.2 on Wednesday, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The amounts payable under the notes will be in U.S. dollars.
The notes are being issued under the bank’s global medium-term note program.
Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch is the dealer.
Listing will be in Luxembourg.
The issuer is a Manila-based development bank.
