Lexington, Ky., Sept. 29 – Asian Development Bank priced COP 250 billion 11˝% notes due Oct. 3, 2025, according to a filing under Rule 3 of Regulation AD with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The amounts payable under the notes will be in U.S. dollars.
The issue price is 99.762.
Goldman Sachs International manages the retail sale.
The notes will be issued under the bank’s global medium-term note program dated Dec. 9, 2020. The issue of the notes was authorized by the board of directors on Dec. 7, 2022.
Listing will be in Luxembourg.
Based in Manila, ADB provides financing for projects aimed at reducing poverty in Asia and the Pacific.
