New Issue: Asian Development Bank prices $500 million 4 7/8% callable notes due 2028 at par

Lexington, Ky., Sept. 22 – Asian Development Bank priced $500 million of 4 7/8% five-year callable notes at par, according to a pricing supplement.

The bank has the option to call the notes at par on Sept. 26, 2026.

Wells Fargo Securities LLC is the dealer.

Citibank, NA, London Branch is the global agent and BNP Paribas, Luxembourg Branch is the Luxembourg listing agent.

The issue of the notes under the bank’s global medium-term note program was authorized by the board of directors on Dec. 7, 2022.

The issuer is a Manila-based development bank.
