Asian Development Bank offers dollar five-year senior notes; talk SOFR mid-swaps plus 37 bps area

Los Angeles, Aug. 23 – Asian Development Bank plans to price dollar-denominated senior notes due Aug. 25, 2028, according to a market source.

Price talk is in the SOFR mid-swaps plus 37 basis points area.

BofA, Barclays, Citi and JPMorgan are the bookrunners.

The issuer is a Manila-based development bank.
