New Issue: Asian Development Bank sells $100 million add-on to 2026 floaters

Los Angeles, July 31 – Asian Development Bank priced an additional $100 million of floating-rate notes due June 16, 2026, according to a pricing supplement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday.
The notes will be consolidated and form a single series with the original $250 million of notes issued on June 16, 2021, $150 million issued on Sept. 16, 2021, $100 million issued on Sept. 21, 2021, $100 million issued on Oct. 7, 2021, $100 million issued on Oct. 13, 2021, $100 million issued on Jan. 20, 2022 and $200 million issued on Jan. 25, 2022.
The latest notes will be issued at 102.127 plus accrued interest.
Bank of Nova Scotia, London branch is the dealer.
The issuer is a Manila-based development bank.
