New Issue: Asian Development Bank sells COP 488 billion 11¾% one-year notes

Los Angeles, July 19 – Asian Development Bank will issue COP 488 billion of 11¾% senior notes due July 24, 2024 that are payable in dollars, according to a pricing supplement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Wednesday.

The notes will be sold at par.

Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc is the manager. Morgan Stanley is buying the notes and then will offer them to the public.

The notes will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

Based in Manila, ADB provides financing for projects aimed at reducing poverty in Asia and the Pacific.
