New Issue: Asian Development Bank sells $100 million long three-year notes at par to yield 4 3/8%

Buffalo, N.Y., June 28 – Asian Development Bank priced $100 million 4 3/8% callable notes due Dec. 30, 2026 at par, according to a pricing supplement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Thursday.

The registered notes may be called at par on June 30, 2026.

Wells Fargo Securities, LLC was the dealer.

The issuer is a Manila-based development bank.
