Asian Development Bank offers two tranches of global dollar notes

Chicago, June 6 – Asian Development Bank is in the market with two tranches of SEC-exempt global notes, a market source reported.

The deal is being sold in two parts with a tranche due June 13, 2025 and a series due June 14, 2033.

Talk on the notes due 2025 (ISIN: US04517PBU57) is in the SOFR mid-swaps plus 24 basis points area.

Initial talk on the second tranche due 2033 (ISIN: US04517PBT84) is in the SOFR mid-swaps plus 50 bps area.

Credit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan and Morgan Stanley are working as bookrunners.

The issuer is a Manila-based development bank.
