Asian Development Bank prepares for dollar benchmark offering

Chicago, April 17 – Asian Development Bank has issued a mandate for a new dollar-denominated five-year global benchmark bond offering, according to information from a market source.

The notes will be due April 25, 2028 and will be issued under the bank’s medium-term note program.

BofA Securities, BMO Capital Markets, BNP Paribas and HSBC will be joint lead managers for the notes.

Listing will be in Luxembourg.

The issuer is a Manila-based development bank.
