New Issue: Asian Development Bank sells $50 million 5.53% notes due 2027

Lexington, Ky., Nov. 21 – Asian Development Bank priced $50 million 5.53% callable notes due Nov. 21, 2027, according to a pricing supplement.

The registered notes sold at par.

The notes are callable at par on Nov. 21 each year beginning in 2023 to and including Nov. 21, 2026.

Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc is the dealer.

The issuer is a Manila-based development bank.
