Asian Development Bank aims to sell notes due 2024, 2032

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 20 – Asian Development Bank plans to price two tranches of global notes on Tuesday, according to a market source.

The Manila-based development bank will sell notes due Sept. 27, 2024 with talk in the SOFR mid-swaps plus 10 basis points area and notes due Sept. 28, 2032 with talk in the SOFR mid-swaps plus 52 bps area.

Asian Development Bank reported in a filing posted with Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday that it issued $22.21 billion of bonds for the six months ended June 30, down from $27.97 billion of bonds issued in the first six months of 2021.

Credit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley and RBC are the bookrunners.
