By Rebecca Melvin and Cristal Cody

Concord, N.H., April 20 – The Philippines’ Asian Development Bank plans to price global notes in three-year and 10-year tranches later Wednesday, according to a syndicate source and a regulatory notice.

The 10-year tranche is expected to be $1 billion in size.

The fixed-rate notes will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange’s regulated market.

J.P. Morgan Securities plc (stabilization coordinator), BofA, Goldman Sachs and Nomura are bookrunners of the offering.

Based in Manila, ADB provides financing for projects aimed at reducing poverty in Asia and the Pacific.
