Asian Development Bank to sell at least $500 million five-year notes; talk SOFR plus 29 bps area

Chicago, March 30 – Asian Development Bank is planning to sell at least $500 million of global notes on Wednesday, a market source said.

The notes will have an April 6, 2027 maturity date and are being talked in the SOFR plus 29 basis points area.

BMO, Deutsche Bank and Nomura are leading the sale that has crossover interest between emerging markets and investment-grade accounts.

The development bank is based in Manila.
