Asian Development Bank launches $3.5 billion notes at SOFR mid-swaps plus 22 bps

Chicago, Jan. 11 – Asian Development Bank launched $3.5 billion of five-year notes at SOFR mid-swaps plus 22 basis points, according to a market source.

Initial price talk had the notes in the SOFR plus 23 bps area.

The notes, due Jan. 20, 2027, are being sold by BofA Securities, Citigroup and TD Securities.

The development bank is based in Manila.
