Asian Development talks five-year floaters in SOFR plus 18 bps area

Los Angeles, Aug. 19 – Asian Development Bank plans to price global floating-rate notes due Aug. 27, 2026, according to a market source.

Initial price talk is in the SOFR plus 18 basis points area.

BMO Capital Markets Corp., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and RBC Capital Markets LLC are the bookrunners.

The regional development bank is based in Mandaluyong, Philippines.
