Asian Development Bank to price euro-denominated 10-year notes

Concord, N.H., June 8– Asian Development Bank plans to issue euro-denominated 10-year notes, according to a notice published by the London Stock Exchange.

Credit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs International and HSBC are acting as managers of the Regulation S deal.

The development bank is based in Manila.
