Philippines’ Asian Development Bank plans three-, seven-year notes; talk emerges

Los Angeles, June 2 – Asian Development Bank is planning to price notes in two tranches maturing June 11, 2024 and June 9, 2028, according to a market source.

Initial price talk for the three-year notes is in the mid-swaps flat area. Initial price talk for the seven-year notes is in the mid-swaps plus 12 basis points area.

Barclays, Citi, JPMorgan and TD are the bookrunners.

The development bank is based in Mandaluyong, Philippines.
