Fitch rates Precision Stampings loans BBB+(ind)

Fitch Ratings said it assigned Precision Stampings a national long-term rating of BBB+(ind), a BBB+(ind) rating to the company's outstanding term loans of Rs. 48 million and proposed term loan of Rs. 25 million, and rates its fund based limits of Rs. 230 million and non-fund based limits of Rs. 210 million at BBB+(ind)/F2+(ind).

The outlook is stable.

The ratings reflect its sponsors' track record of more than four decades in the stamping and lamination business, with an established position in the industry, Fitch said.

The ratings are constrained by the company's moderate size of operations, which is in turn constrained by the size of the industry, the agency said.
